Blocking and Filtering Eazysmoke.com:

our fault-it's yours! If you are concerned that your

Shipping:
Due to the large volume of orders we handle per day, it
takes us three business days (Saturday, Sunday, and
recognized National Holidays are NOT business days) to
process your order. Meaning your order will not even
leave our warehouse for at least three business days
after we receive your payment.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal
Service (US Mail / Post Office). This means you should
receive your order 4-8 days after your order is processed
(see above). We have no control over the Post Office's
shipping schedules. However we do use delivery
confirmation on all our packages.
Since we do use delivery confirmation on all our packages
for USA orders, if you haven't received your order 4-8
working days from the date you placed your order (after
adding in the three business days to process your order),
please contact us BY E-MAIL because something is not
right.
Canadian orders have no tracking, please allow up to 2 -
5 weeks after your orders is processed due to Customs
delays. Due to our lack of control over the matter and
inability to determine if this charge will be applied or
what the amount will be, we can not be held responsible
for delays or fees applied as a result of customs. The
buyer is responsible for all customs and other related
charges applied to their package.
Returns Policy:
All Sales Are Final. No exchanges or refunds of any
products sold on this site. We absolutely do not do Cash
Refunds and all chargeback's will be disputed in view of
our signed disclaimer.
Due to our products being a "consumable" any herbs,
herbal smoke, and herbal smoking blends can not be
returned for a refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL !
